I just told Baby I’m not quite ready to meet him yet. I’ve been having faux contractions — they are called “Braxton Hicks.” It’s normal this stage of pregnancy. I am just on edge! It’s weird having 0 control over this. I am going to pray tonight; I haven’t prayed well in awhile, but it’s never too late.

I’m so sleepy and need rest. I feel like I have so much to do, but it is kind of hilarious to think that an 8 pound baby gets to call the shots. He has been ground pounding my insides and I know he’s preparing to meet us soon. I can’t believe I’ll be done being pregnant soon enough. I am very scared, but excited.

Goodnight! Babe has the hiccups now, so I’m going to let him lull me to sleep (in reality, I’ll wait until they stop and hope he doesn’t kick the heck out of me after).
